Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will act as the primary architect for complex HR transformation projects, translating intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, HR leadership, and cross-functional technical teams to streamline talent management and organizational processes. By leveraging your deep expertise in the SuccessFactors ecosystem, you will drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and employee experience, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge in their human capital management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions to align with global business objectives and HR best practices.

- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and other core HR systems to drive accurate payroll and incentive planning.

- Partner with business process owners to conduct requirement workshops, translating complex needs into functional specifications that enhance system usability.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial blueprinting and configuration to rigorous testing, data migration, and post-go-live hypercare support.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to internal teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root-cause analysis to ensure high system availability and data integrity for end-users.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate mastery in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including advanced knowledge of variable pay, merit cycles, and complex bonus structures.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to map business processes to SAP standard functionality while identifying opportunities for system optimization.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical complexities into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business leaders.

- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 10 years of professional experience in SAP HR modules.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and collaborative synergy across distributed global teams.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
