Key Responsibilities:

Design & Architecture:

- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven product features and user experiences.

- Collaborate with engineers to translate AI models into practical, scalable product solutions.

- Define the AI product architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

User-Centric Focus:

- Champion user research and data analysis to identify user needs and pain points.

- Design intuitive, delightful interfaces that make complex AI capabilities accessible to all.

- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance data.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Effectively communicate design decisions and tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Thought Leadership:

- Stay abreast of AI advancements and industry trends, exploring new opportunities for product innovation.

- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering their growth and development.
