-CANDIDATES FROM BIG 4 CAN ONLY APPLY- Job Title: Sr. Manager/AGM Reports to: CEO Location: Delhi Travel Required: NO Job Description: Role and Responsibilities- - Evaluating & developing long term and short-term investment plan to meet business objectives. - Managing the business strategy and planning processes. - Responsible for financial modelling and business modelling. - Effective internal and external client relationship management. - Responsible for investor relations and equity fund raising. - Drive preparation of strategic plan & annual operating plan for the organization. - Build analytical solutions and assist the senior leadership in formulating short term and long term corporate strategies. - Facilitate top management review and drive implementation of strategic initiatives. - Prepare business plan/case to assess feasibilities and facilitate go/no go decisions. - Generate business updates by environment scanning and prepare competitive landscape on a regular basis. - Prepare reports/analysis as part of strategic research activities. - Responsible for Analytics, Business insights, MIS & Variance analysis, reporting and review with Management & Investors in Board meeting and presentation. - Any other responsibility as deemed fit by the management. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE - - MBA in Business Administration/ Strategy Management from Premier B School - Must have minimum 4 years of relevant work experience SKILLS REQUIRED - - Strategic and analytical. - Leadership & stakeholder management. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work in agile and fast changing environment. - Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills. - Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills. - Must possess excellent planning and organizing skills with a strong eye for detail. - Understands own role and responsibilities within team, and works collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals and deliver results. - Able to adapt work to accommodate unexpected changes to scope or deadlines. - Self-motivated, able to work independently, meets deadlines and take ownership and accountability for own results.
