Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

- Perform diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of diverse dental cases.

- Deliver high-quality clinical procedures including restorations, RCTs, extractions, prosthodontic work, and preventive dentistry.

- Ensure adherence to strict clinical, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for all treatments.

Patient Care & Counselling

- Provide empathetic, clear, and effective communication to patients regarding treatment options and care plans.

- Ensure a smooth and satisfying patient experience across all touchpoints.

- Build trust through ethical practice and transparency.

Operational Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless daily operations and patient flow.

- Monitor clinic equipment, inventory, and ensure readiness for procedures.

- Support clinic leadership in maintaining quality standards and SOPs.

Professional Development

- Participate in continuous learning programs, case discussions, and internal clinical workshops.

- Stay updated on new dental techniques, tools, and advancements.

- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and collaborative learning.

Qualifications

- BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the State Dental Council.

- 110 years of clinical experience (freshers also considered for select locations).

- Strong communication, patient engagement, and clinical decision-making skills.
