About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Team Lead Influencer Marketing to spearhead the successful execution of influencer campaigns for leading brands. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from client brief to post-campaign reporting
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Review and approve influencer shortlists, scripts, and creative concepts before presenting to clients
- Ensure timely coordination with all stakeholders including content, legal, and finance teams
- Personally manage high-priority or complex campaigns to ensure top-quality execution
- Allocate campaign tasks within the team based on skillset, capacity, and urgency
- Set clear KPIs and goals for the influencer marketing team and ensure consistent performance tracking
- Conduct regular team check-ins to resolve executional bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support to team members
- Maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing expectations and addressing any concerns
- Present campaign strategies, influencer line-ups, and campaign insights in a client-facing capacity
- Work closely with internal departments such as sales, planning, strategy, and content for integrated campaign planning
- Collaborate with the influencer acquisition team to onboard relevant and high-impact creators
- Ensure campaign reports are insightful, accurate, and delivered on time to the clients
- Continuously optimize campaign workflows and internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Skillsets Required:
- Proven track record in executing and managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Data-driven approach with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign metrics
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve escalations tactfully
