About the Role:

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Specialist, you'll be instrumental in leveraging the full capabilities of Oracle HCM Cloud to attract, develop, engage, and retain our talent. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Module Expertise & Configuration:

Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules, including:

- Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Cloud (ORC): Support and optimize the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate experience to hiring efficiency.

- Onboarding: Configure and enhance seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

- Performance Management: Implement and manage goal setting, performance evaluations, continuous feedback, and check-ins.

- Learning: Configure and support learning initiatives, including course catalogs, assignments, and progress tracking.

- Career Development & Mobility: Facilitate career pathing, development plans, opportunity marketplaces, and internal mobility.

- Succession Planning & Talent Review: Support the identification of high-potential talent, talent pools, and leadership pipeline development.

- Compensation (basic understanding related to performance/rewards): Collaborate on aspects related to compensation that integrate with performance.

- Talent Profiles / Dynamic Skills: Configure and maintain talent profiles, including skills management and dynamic skill recommendations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules to meet business needs without heavy reliance on technical teams.

Implementation & Support:

- Participate in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and ongoing support.

- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure reliable performance and user satisfaction.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

- Work with Oracle Support for Service Requests (SRs) and enhancement requests.

- Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting tools).

User Enablement & Documentation:

- Develop and deliver training programs and user guides for end-users and HR administrators on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.

- Provide ongoing guidance and support to users, promoting adoption and best practices.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

System Maintenance & Enhancement:

- Participate in release management activities, including system upgrades and patch testing.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Talent Management landscape.

- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.

- Communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel clearly and concisely.

- Participate in project planning, requirements analysis, and functional design sessions.
