Role Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Content & Creative Specialist who can own and execute all demand-gen related content activities from website content updates, webinar coordination, LinkedIn post creation, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, image creatives, to brand collaterals. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands digital marketing content, has good storytelling ability and is strong at visual design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinars & Events:
- Plan, coordinate & host CloudTern webinars and online events.
- Create webinar landing pages, registration pages, & email invites.
- Design webinar promotional banners, post-event thank-you creatives.
- Create pre/post webinar email sequences, follow-up notes, and summaries.
Website Content & Management:
- Update pages, add new offerings / case studies / blogs on the website.
- Maintain website content quality.
- Coordinate with internal team for landing pages, product pages & SEO optimization.
Social Media & LinkedIn:
- Write daily / weekly LinkedIn posts for CloudTern & leadership.
- Design LinkedIn banners, event creatives & quote cards.
- Maintain posting calendar, performance tracking and reporting.
Branding & Creative Design:
- Create visual assets logos, icons, images, infographics, event banners, etc.
- Design pitch decks, brochures, PDF corporate profile etc.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed.
Content Development:
- Draft whitepapers, thought leadership articles, blog posts & newsletters.
- Create case studies and customer success one-pagers.
- Work with internal teams to extract insights, product features & data points.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 6 years experience in marketing content / digital marketing / creative design.
- Strong written English & storytelling skills.
- Experience managing webinars (Zoom / Teams / WebEx etc.).
- Skilled in Canva / Figma / Photoshop or any design tool.
- Experience writing LinkedIn posts & content calendar management.
- Familiar with WordPress / Webflow / basic CMS workflows.
- Understanding of B2B / SaaS / AI / Tech domain is a big plus.
