Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced sales leaders to join our office in Gurugram. Your primary role will be to manage and drive the sales of our industry leading subscription-based applications to real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target potential customers in the real estate industry.

- Good Sales Team Leadership skills.

- Establish strong relationships with potential clients and engage them in the buying process, from initial contact through to closing the sale

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and potential customers

- Manage the sales pipeline and track sales progress for accurate forecasting

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain ongoing relationships with clients

- Work collaboratively with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a successful client acquisition and retention program.

Qualifications:

- MBA or Bachelors degree. Educated from reputed school and college.

- Salesforce or similar CRM tools experience to manage pipeline and team.

- A minimum of 8 years experience in Sales, preferably within the real estate industry is preferred

- Excellent communication (English) and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and sales skills.

- Prior experience selling to the Real Estate Developers will be an advantage.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
