CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customers digital assets, identifies threats enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.

A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network, and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.

CloudSEKs Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Research team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, especially in sales, customer success, and related roles, and are well-versed in the B2B/SaaS space, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for non-technical roles.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within sales, customer success, and related domains.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates' qualifications match our company's needs.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job listings to extending offers.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future openings.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B or SaaS companies.

- Strong background in recruiting for sales, customer success, and non-technical roles.

- Experience in cybersecurity recruitment is a significant advantage.

- Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
