Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Conduct supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement data for reporting and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and project procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software/tools is an added advantage.
