- Build and manage a lean team of data scientists, ML engineers, etc. (as needed) - Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects. Identify opportunities within the organization where data science can make a clear impact. Potential for data science projects include (a) Clinical decision support - deep into clinical data and insights (b) customer understanding and behaviour (c) business insights - and many more - Build analytic systems and predictive models - Ensure data quality and integrity - Interpret and analyze data problems - Test performance of data-driven products - Visualize data and create reports - automate all existing reporting and do it smartly - Experiment with new models and techniques - Align data projects with organizational goals Requirements - Self-starter.
