About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong hands-on knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and experience working in highly integrated Salesforce environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, along with experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or similar ERP platforms.

The candidate should also be comfortable implementing business requirements using Salesforce no-code and low-code capabilities, especially Flow.

Experience working in a MuleSoft integration environment is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document end-to-end Order-to-Cash requirements.

- Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution designs.

- Analyze and improve processes covering account and customer management, opportunity management, product and pricing, quoting and approvals, Salesforce CPQ, order creation, order fulfilment, ERP integration, invoicing and billing-related processes, and order status and downstream updates.

- Configure and enhance Salesforce using no-code and low-code capabilities, including Salesforce Flow, record-triggered flows, screen flows, approval processes, validation rules, formula fields, lightning record pages, and dynamic forms and visibility rules.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes using standard Salesforce capabilities before considering custom development.

- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Integration Teams, SAP Teams, and Business Stakeholders.

- Define and validate data mappings and integration requirements between Salesforce and SAP or ERP systems.

- Support integration design discussions involving Salesforce APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms.

- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

- Identify process gaps, integration dependencies, data issues, and potential business risks.

- Support defect analysis and functional troubleshooting during testing and post-production support.

- Maintain clear functional, configuration, and process documentation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.

- Strong and demonstrable experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Good functional and implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ.

- Experience working with Salesforce-to-SAP or Salesforce-to-ERP integrations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce no-code and low-code automation, particularly Salesforce Flow.

- Ability to independently configure standard Salesforce features and implement straightforward business automation without depending entirely on developers.

- Good understanding of the complete business flow: Opportunity, Quote, Order, ERP, Fulfilment or Invoicing.

- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce user stories and functional specifications.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration dependencies.

- Experience working in complex and highly integrated enterprise environments.

- Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical development or integration teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Highly organized and capable of managing requirements and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Good to Have:

- Experience with MuleSoft or Anypoint Platform or projects where MuleSoft acts as middleware between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

- Experience with SAP SD or related SAP Order-to-Cash processes.

- Understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous integrations, integration error handling, and data synchronization concepts.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

- Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or CPQ certifications.
