
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning:
~Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
~Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and headhunting techniques, to identify and attract diverse, top-tier talent.
Global & Lateral Hiring
~Take ownership of senior leadership role, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision, values, and strategic priorities.
~Design and execute hiring strategies for key global markets, including the US, and APAC, in alignment with business expansion plans.
~Collaborate closely withl business leaders to understand role requirements, talent availability, and local hiring nuances.
Campus Hiring
~Drive a structured campus hiring program targeting engineering and management institutes to build a strong early-talent pipeline.
~Build long-term relationships with campuses, design engaging programs to position the brand as an employer of choice
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
~Build scalable, data-driven hiring frameworks to support rapid growth across geographies and functions (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
~Introduce automation, AI tools, and analytics for pipeline efficiency and predictive hiring.
~Continuously improve the recruitment process through innovative tools and strategies, ensuring it is efficient, inclusive, and results-oriented.
Must-Have:
~MBA (specialisation in Human Resources/Operations) with 15-18 years of relevant functional experience with an IT services/product company
~Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
~Experience in global hiring across India, US and APAC
~Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
~Outstanding communication and presentation skills
~Should be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing needs.
