Role Overview:
As the Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist at CloudKeeper, based in Noida, you will be instrumental in building our future talent pipeline by developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers, university placement cells, and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and recruit top graduates from Tier 2 engineering and management colleges. This role directly impacts CloudKeeper's ability to secure high-potential talent, driving innovation and growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract top talent from target universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university placement cells and faculty to enhance CloudKeeper's brand presence on campuses.
- Organize and conduct pre-placement talks and workshops to educate students about CloudKeeper and career opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, such as job fairs and hackathons, to identify potential candidates.
- Analyze campus recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance CloudKeeper's employer brand.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful campus recruitment strategies.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with university stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
