Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Operations function end-to-end - Onboarding, Insurance, PF, compliance, Internal Audit, Documentation and filing, Compensation and benefits, Policies, and SOPs
- Responsible for onboarding new hires across various Business Units and ensuring excellent experience throughout the pre, on-the-day, and post-joining period
- Ensure regular and timely renewal of the Insurance plan. Manage employee updations and timely processing of claims. Be the first POC for the Insurance Vendor
- Own and manage labor law compliances including Wage Code Bill implementation, PF, ESI etc.
- Manage the additions, nominations, declarations, transfers, and withdrawals of PF/ESI Cases.
- Ensure all other compliances/returns wrt POSH, Maternity, Wage Code Bill, etc. are in place and adhered to
- Study and analyze the Policies and benefits provided by various organizations. Benchmark the current policies and amend if necessary, post relevant approvals
- Manage and drive all aspects of compensation management including payroll, increment cycles, restructuring, reimbursements, audits, ESOPs etc.
- Ensure that all processes are adhered to and documentation of any deviations/exceptions are in place. SOPs for all processes should be documented, updated, and rolled out on a timely basis
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant functional experience
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Data Management, Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to create scalable structure and craft processes from scratch
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
