Role Overview:

We are looking for a Virtual CFO Manager who is experienced in US accounting practices and can provide strategic financial leadership to multiple clients. This is a remote, night shift opportunity designed exclusively for women professionals seeking to advance their career in a flexible work environment.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, guide internal accounting teams, and deliver high-level financial insights and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management for US-based clients

- Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Supervise and mentor accounting teams handling daily bookkeeping and compliance

- Provide advisory on tax planning, cost control, and business performance improvement

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and insight-driven reporting

- Participate in client calls, presentations, and periodic financial reviews

- Coordinate with internal teams (bookkeepers, AP/AR, payroll, etc.) to ensure reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Accounting, including 3+ years in a leadership or CFO-level role

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance regulations

- Hands-on experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks Online/Desktop, NetSuite, Xero, or Sage

- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple clients simultaneously

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to work independently in a US time zone (Night Shift in India)

Preferred Qualifications:

- CPA (US), CA (India), or equivalent financial certifications

- Experience working with US-based CPA firms or mid-size businesses

- Familiarity with financial automation tools and reporting dashboards (e.g., Fathom, Gusto, BILL, etc.)
