Job Title: HR Operations & Talent Coordinator India

Location: India (Hybrid/Remote, as applicable)

Work Hours: US Eastern Time (up to 2:00 PM EST)

Role Overview

The HR Operations & Talent Coordinator will support global HR by driving recruitment operations, onboarding logistics, HR dashboards, and cross-functional meeting coordination. This role works closely with the India and US HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth candidate/employee experience and accurate, timely HR data for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

- Manage day-to-day hiring operations in Workable (job postings, candidate stages, notes).

- Coordinate interviews across time zones: schedule, reschedule, and send candidate communication.

- Maintain and update hiring trackers; share regular pipeline status with HR and hiring managers.

- Prepare offer documentation packs and pre-joining checklists for review by HR leadership.

2. Onboarding Operations

- Coordinate pre-joining documentation, Day 1 schedules, and induction logistics.

- Liaise with IT/Admin to ensure laptops, access cards, and system access are ready before joining.

- Create and update employee profiles in HRMS (Rippling) and HR SharePoint.

- Maintain standard onboarding checklists for employees and contractors.

3. HR Dashboards & Reporting

- Build and maintain HR dashboards for headcount, open positions, joiners/leavers, and hiring pipeline.

- Consolidate data from Rippling, Workable, and trackers to support weekly and monthly reports.

- Collaborate with India and US HR teams to prepare weekly HR dashboards for the HR Director and monthly workforce dashboards for department heads.

4. Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate recurring HR and workforce meetings with global stakeholders, ensuring EST overlap.

- Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear owners and due dates.

- Track and follow up on action items from HR and recruitment meetings until closure.

5. HR Operations Support (India & Global)

- Provide first-level support for basic HR queries (policies, processes, navigation) and route complex issues to HRBPs.

- Assist with data collation and documentation for audits (ISO, SOC 2) and HRIS reviews.

- Support special HR projects and tool evaluations as assigned by the HR Director, CFO, or COO.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR generalist roles.

3. Hands-on experience with ATS (preferably Workable) and HRMS platforms (preferably Rippling).

4. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and dashboard creation.

5. Prior experience working with global, cross-time-zone teams is an advantage.
