Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, equipped with an MBA, will be a strategic partner responsible for managing the full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior-level roles across the organization.

This role moves beyond tactical recruiting to focus on workforce planning, data-driven strategy development, and enhancing the company's Employer Brand.

The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and advanced analytical skills to align talent acquisition with overall business objectives and drive scalable, long-term talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic & Planning

- Develop and Execute TA Strategy: Design, implement, and manage innovative and cost effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with short-term operational needs and long-term organizational goals, leveraging MBA-level strategic thinking.

- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to forecast future talent needs, conduct gap analysis, and build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source-of-hire, cost-per-hire) to identify trends, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.

- Employer Branding: Partner with Marketing/Communications teams to define and promote the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strengthen the employer brand across digital channels and professional networks.


Operational & Full-Cycle Recruiting


- Advanced Sourcing: Employ creative and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, professional networking, and competitive intelligence gathering, to attract high-caliber, diverse candidates.


- Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best practices for interview techniques, candidate assessment,

and selection criteria.

- Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including initial screening, competency-based interviewing, interview coordination, and complex offer negotiation.

- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships and performance of external recruitment agencies, ensuring they align with our hiring standards and budgetary goals.

- Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure all recruiting practices adhere to local, state, and federal employment laws and continuously review and streamline the recruitment process for efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience

- MBA Degree (Master of Business Administration) is mandatory, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, Strategy, or Organizational Behavior.

- 4-6 years of progressive, full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced or global corporate environment, with proven success in hiring for various functional areas (e.g., Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations).

- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines.

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting software.

- Strategic Acumen: The ability to translate business goals into actionable talent acquisition plans and demonstrate a clear understanding of the competitive talent landscape.


- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics to drive performance, forecast needs, and present insights to leadership.

- Consultative Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to effectively partner with senior stakeholders and candidates.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Capacity to mentor junior recruiters or manage project-based recruiting teams (a plus).
