Position Details:

Role: Marketing Manager

Experience: 8-10 Years (Relevant)

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Joining Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Design, manage, and oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including digital campaigns, content, events, and branding.

- Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility.

- Analyze campaign metrics weekly, generate actionable insights, and optimize performance.

- Coordinate and manage international events, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities for the Business Development team.

- Manage the company website, landing pages, and digital assets, ensuring content is updated and optimized for lead conversion.

- Collaborate with external digital agencies to enhance SEO, SEM, and website performance.

- Work with internal technical teams to produce blogs, case studies, customer success stories, and product landing pages.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft influencers, customers, and partners to promote success stories and testimonials.

- Drive email marketing campaigns using tools like MailChimp or similar platforms for lead generation, event marketing, and customer engagement.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for strategic planning.

- Create marketing collaterals including whitepapers, press releases, webinars, and case studies, and track engagement results.

- Manage the companys social media presence, especially LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies for growth.

Required Skillsets:

- 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology services.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights).

- Experience in event management, webinars, and international marketing campaigns.

- Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and brand building.

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and drive data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Creative thinker with experience in developing innovative marketing strategies.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
