Program Manager - Strategic Programs (CEO's Office)

Location: Hyderabad : WFO

Experience: 2-6 years

Background: MBA from top institutes (IIM - ABCLU Only)

Mandatory: Direct experience working on Indian Government programs (Central/State)

Preferred background: Consulting / advisory firms (Big 4, MBB, Tier-1 Indian consultancies)

Role focus: Program governance, PMO setup, multi-stakeholder government coordination, digital/emerging tech programs

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep experience in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs for the Indian Government. The ideal candidate comes from a consulting or advisory firm and has worked directly with central and/or state government departments, managing complex programs from concept to execution.

This role requires strong ownership of program governance, stakeholder management, inter-departmental coordination, and execution rigor, while navigating government structures, policies, and decision-making frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex government programs across multiple departments, vendors, and partners.

- Own program planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and outcomes.

- Establish and run PMO structures, governance models, and review mechanisms.

Government Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary interface with senior government officials, secretaries, commissioners, PSU leaders, and regulatory bodies.

- Prepare and present program updates, policy notes, and review decks for government forums.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- MBA from top institute

- Prior experience with consulting firms (Big 4, MBB, Tier-1 Indian consultancies).

Proven track record of leading large government programs in India, preferably in areas such as:

- Digital transformation

- Emerging technologies (AI, Data, Cloud, Quantum, Cyber, etc.)

- Direct experience working with central and/or state government departments.
