Cloud Practice Head - Azure/AWS

Hyper Scaler Cloud Practice Head (Azure / AWS) _Noida

Practice Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead and grow the Azure / AWS practice, managing architecture, presales, delivery, and CoE teams

- Define Azure/ AWS service offerings, GTM strategy, accelerators, frameworks, and capability-building programs

- Champion Azure/AWS thought leadership, build partner engagement, and drive portfolio expansion Azure Technical & Architectural Excellence

- Provide direction across Azure/AWS architectures including modernisation, hybrid cloud, security, automation, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering

- Establish governance models, Azure/AWS FinOps frameworks, and engineering best practices

- Develop reusable assets, blueprints, playbooks, and reference architectures to accelerate delivery

Presales, Large Deals & Solution Governance:

- Lead Azure/AWS solutioning for large cloud deals (USD 20M-50M+), covering architecture, pricing, TCO/ROI models, and transformation roadmaps

- Strengthen Azure/AWS partnerships and ecosystem collaboration to enhance capability and win ratio

- Govern proposal quality, delivery models, and solution assurance for key strategic deals

Delivery Excellence & CoE Leadership:

- Build and run Azure/AWS Centers of Excellence focused on modernisation, DevOps, AI/ML, observability, and SRE

- Ensure delivery governance, cloud operational KPIs, and best-practice adoption across engagements organisation

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Mentor Azure/AWS architects, technical leads, and SMEs to deepen technical competency across the

- Engage with CXOs, Cloud COOs, IT Directors, and enterprise leaders to shape cloud strategy and modernisation journeys

- Manage escalations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Support assessments, advisory engagements, onboarding, and transformation roadmaps

Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years leading large cloud practices

- Proven experience managing cloud organisations of 1,000+ professionals

- Deep expertise in Azure/AWS transformation, migration, modernisation, and cloud-native architectures

- Strong financial and commercial acumen including TCO, ROI, pricing, and cloud economics

- Executive presence with outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Microsoft Azure/AWS Solutions Architect - Expert (highly preferred)

- AWS/GCP Architect - Professional (advantageous for multi-cloud exposure)

- ITIL or TOGAF (optional)
