We are looking for the senior folks with strong exposure to large-scale cloud projects, migrations, P&L, deeper estimates, thought processes, project margins, etc.
Location: ITC Infotech India Ltd. 3rd floor Koncord Towers, Bund Garden, Pune 411001.
Leadership & Delivery:
- 18+ years of experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration programs.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple cloud migration projects.
- Oversee project execution, escalations, and operational governance whenever required.
- Drive high-performance teams across cloud engineering and DevOps functions.
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
- Strong communication and leadership presence.
- Experience handling budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization.
Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Act as the primary interface with clients, providing strategic consulting.
- Understand client business challenges and propose functional cloud solutions.
- Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making at leadership levels.
Cloud & Technology Expertise, Solutioning & Architecture:
- Provide expertise in on-premise to cloud migration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Azure & AWS migration frameworks and cloud modernization.
- Mandatory deep expertise in AWS & Azure DevOps tech stack (CI/CD, automation, IaC, etc.).
- Identify migration challenges and design effective functional solutions.
- Provide architecture-level guidance for scalable and secure cloud environments.
- Ensure best practices in cloud governance, security, and compliance.
- Certifications in AWS/Azure (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Experience in multi-cloud environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled migration strategies.
- Evaluate and integrate new and emerging cloud technologies in AI space
- Leverage AIOps for intelligent monitoring and operations.
