Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions within Retail and B2B Commerce environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong architecture experience across Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystems, integration platforms, product information management systems, content management systems, and digital asset management solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading technical design discussions, integrating third-party platforms, ensuring scalability and performance, and guiding development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architecture:

- Design and architect enterprise-grade Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions.

- Define scalable and secure commerce architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Lead technical solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

- Establish best practices, governance standards, and architectural guidelines.

- Review and approve technical designs, customizations, and integrations.

eCommerce & Retail Solutions:

- Drive digital commerce transformation initiatives across B2B and Retail domains.

- Design customer-centric commerce experiences including:

1. Product Catalog Management

2. Pricing & Promotions

3. Shopping Cart

4. Checkout

5. Order Management

6. Customer Self-Service Portals

7. Account-Based Commerce

- Ensure platform scalability for high transaction volumes and future growth.

Integration Architecture:

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and enterprise applications including:

- ERP Systems

- CRM Systems

- OMS (Order Management Systems)

- Payment Gateways

- Inventory Management Systems

- Marketing Platforms

- Third-party Commerce Applications

Required Integration Experience:

Salsify PIM:

- Product Information Management integration architecture.

- Product catalog synchronization.

- Product enrichment workflows.

- Data governance and master data management.

Umbraco CMS:

- Content management integration.

- Dynamic content delivery.
