Hiring : CLO Surveillance & Financial Modeling Professional
Location : Mumbai(Sakinaka) | Hybrid Work Model (4 Days WFO / 1 Day WFH)
Shift Timings : 1 :00 PM - 10 :00 PM IST
Experience Required : 7-10 Years
Employment Type : 1-Year Contract
About the Role :
We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in CLO Surveillance, Financial Modeling, Portfolio Analytics, and Structured Finance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, experience working with CLO portfolios, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics:
- Carry out analysis on CLO portfolios and leveraged loan funds to assess portfolio risks and strategy
- Analyze and validate historical portfolio performance metrics
- Monitor portfolio metrics as outlined in deal documents, including :
a. Coverage Tests
b. Collateral Quality Tests
c. Concentration Limitations
- Reconcile trustee reports and payment date reports with internal financial models and resolve discrepancies
- Review and interpret legal documentation such as indentures and related portfolio agreements
Surveillance Models & Reporting :
- Own and enhance existing financial models and surveillance tools
- Support CLO-related data requests for internal portfolio management teams and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and improve surveillance processes and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, IT, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and senior stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 7-10 years of experience in Structured Finance, CLO Operations, Portfolio Analytics, or Investment Operations
- Strong understanding of CLO mechanics, reporting, and structured credit products
- Experience in financial modeling and portfolio surveillance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in asset management or investment operations will be preferred
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors degree/PG in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer -Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines preferred.
