
Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs, delivery expectations, and timelines.
- Manage and oversee complete recruitment delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality submissions and SLA compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve performance excellence and hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding processes, proactive issue resolution, and timely closures.
- Track, analyze, and report key delivery metrics including fill rates, TAT, and client satisfaction scores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, identifying opportunities for service expansion and process improvements.
- Stay updated on client business priorities, market hiring trends, and competitive talent insights.
- Represent Talent Worx with professionalism, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and brand positioning.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in client management, recruitment delivery, or talent acquisition ideally within RPO, staffing, or consulting environments.
- Proven success in managing high-volume hiring mandates and strategic client partnerships.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and guide recruiter teams.
- Superior communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on expertise with recruitment systems, CRMs/ATS tools, and performance analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven setup with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
