Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Client Success Lead to manage and nurture relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of digital solutions and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

- Understand clients' business goals and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their success.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

- Monitor client performance metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights.

- Lead onboarding and training processes for new clients to ensure a seamless experience.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business relationships.

- Develop and execute client retention strategies, reducing churn rates.

- Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

- Experience with CRM tools and customer success software is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
