About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Client Success & Product Specialist. This role is a unique blend of enterprise client success, product expertise, and sales support, ideal for someone with deep industry exposure in asset management, financial services, or fintech. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product expert who understands client workflows at the ground level and has successfully engaged with AMCs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise clients adopt and derive maximum value from solutions while supporting sales teams in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success & Adoption:

- Lead enterprise client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.

- Track adoption and usage metrics; proactively address gaps to maximize client value.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with AMC stakeholders and enterprise clients. Product Expertise

- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for your product in all client interactions.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept pilots.

- Translate product features into meaningful business outcomes for clients.

Sales Enablement & Enterprise Support

- Partner with enterprise sales teams during discovery, proposal, and closing stages.

- Provide technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle, including RFP responses and client pitches.

- Help craft solution-driven client narratives that accelerate adoption and expansion. Feedback & Enablement

- Gather structured client feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities. - Document client workflows, best practices, and success stories.

- Develop reusable training and enablement content for both clients and internal teams. Skills Required:

- Experience: 8-12+ years in client success, enterprise pre-sales, or product specialist roles.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in asset management, financial services, or fintech with experience engaging AMC clients.

- Product Acumen: Hands-on, detail-oriented product expert with the ability to lead technical and business discussions.

- Commercial Exposure: Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles and driving client adoption.

Must have Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Confidence in engaging with senior client stakeholders (CXOs, product heads, operations teams).

Mindset: Client-first, consultative, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
