
Position: Client Solutions - Workplace Design & Build (Interior Design).
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore.

What We're Looking For?
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B strategic sales, particularly with multinational clients.
- Prior experience in workplace design, interior fit-outs, architecture, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Workplace Market Sector and commercial space planning.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Purpose of the Role:
- As part of the Client Solutions team, you will be a key contributor in acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored workplace solutions.
- Your responsibilities will span from driving sales initiatives to strengthening client relationships and supporting the full lifecycle of business development and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Client Engagement:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Formulate strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore upselling within existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Business Operations:
- Conduct market research focused on the Workplace Market Sector, including upcoming trends and client requirements.
- Generate, track, and manage leads to secure new business.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and customized proposals for client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, and project management to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client communication and engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of business development tools and marketing materials.
Collaboration & Internal Culture:
- Work across multiple business units and project teams to support the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Promote a culture of open communication, respect, and teamwork.
- Ensure smooth coordination between client and internal teams from lead qualification through deal closure.
