Client Servicing Manager - Event Management Firm

Role:

Account Management and Client Servicing for an integrated marketing and event management firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a wide portfolio of integrated marketing services including marketing communication, activation and events.

- Contribute to analytical and creative thought processes in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.

- Prepare and make presentations on concepts of benefit to the clients and the organization.

- Attend client meetings, map client requirements and oversee execution of projects with creative, production and technical teams.

- Develop content and conceptualize ideas to market client portfolios including e-mailers and brochures.

- Target new clients and expand existing clientele by identifying and networking with new accounts.

- Proactively follow up with existing clients to get briefs for activities in timely intervals.

- Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis and follow up on client payments.

Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in an event management company.

- Good communication, presentation and Excel skills; well versed with MS 365.

- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines with flexible working hours as required.

- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and driven.

- Passion for the field of work is essential.
