About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager with proven experience in the advertising, marketing, or communications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding business goals, and ensuring the seamless execution of creative and media campaigns across multiple channels.
You will act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, driving project success through strategic thinking, proactive communication, and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
- Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital marketing, and media planning teams to translate client requirements into effective campaign strategies.
- Develop and present campaign proposals, briefs, and performance reports to clients.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and results.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to internal process improvements for enhanced efficiency and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Business Management.
- 4-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or campaign management within an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media planning processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Basecamp).
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
