Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage day-to-day client communication for digital and social media accounts
- Lead client briefs, digital campaign planning, and content strategy discussions
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and media teams to ensure high-quality output
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies
- Present social media calendars, digital campaign ideas, and performance reports confidently
- Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and provide strategic feedback for optimizations
- Anticipate client needs, stay ahead of digital trends, and proactively recommend opportunities
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops with precision
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital/social media account management or client servicing
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for brand-building and storytelling in the digital space
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight timelines without compromising on quality
- A strategic mindset with creative sensibility
- MBA is required
