Role Summary:


We are seeking a high-energy, Decisive, and self-driven Client Servicing Manager to join our team in Andheri.


This role is designed for a fresher who possesses natural leadership qualities and a strong Process Orientation.


You will act as the vital link between our clients and internal execution teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectations.


This is a multi-faceted role involving client relationship management, vendor coordination, event supervision, and business development.


The ideal candidate is a master of coordination, capable of managing complex marketing plans while maintaining a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.


Technical Responsibilities:


- Strategic Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure a continuous and productive workflow.


- Pitch & Proposal Engineering: Lead the creation of high-impact pitch presentations and comprehensive marketing proposals tailored to corporate client requirements.


- Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage and monitor multiple vendors and internal creative/digital teams to ensure all activities align with the clients desired results.


- Project Delivery & Deadline Governance: Adhere to strict corporate deadlines, ensuring all deliverablesfrom digital assets to event collateralare provided on schedule.


- Manpower & Event Supervision: Manage on-ground manpower for events and promotions, overseeing logistics and execution to ensure brand standards are maintained.


- Account Mining & Business Development: Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to secure additional business and contribute to the agencys growth.


- Performance Reporting: Develop and present regular reports to clients, detailing campaign performance, event outcomes, and project milestones.


- Market Mapping & Client Outreach: Meet with a minimum of 23 clients per week to understand their evolving needs and maintain high "top-of-mind" recall.


- Marketing Plan Development: Synthesize client objectives into actionable marketing plans, incorporating digital strategies, promotional timelines, and budget allocations.


- Operational Problem Solving: Make decisive, on-the-spot decisions during events or client meetings to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Communication Excellence: Near-native proficiency in English (written and spoken) for high-level corporate interactions and documentation.


- Presentation Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva for building professional pitches.


- Coordination & Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising on detail.


- Networking: Natural ability to build rapport and effectively network with diverse stakeholders, from corporate heads to vendors.


- Work Ethic: Ready to travel as required and work on weekends during peak event or campaign cycles.
