Client Servicing Manager

Title: Sr. CSM/CSM: Client Servicing Manager (Movie Promotions)

We are seeking a highly resourceful and experienced Senior Client Servicing Manager for our Movie Promotion vertical. This individual will lead end-to-end project coordination with media agency and production houses to manage cinema-based promotional executions across India, including fabrication, carpentry, printing, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with key agency partners and production houses to understand campaign requirements for cinema-based movie promotions.

- Translate creative concepts into technical and material feasibility for fabrication and print jobs.

- Own complete project lifecycle - from scope briefing to execution and billing - across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities in India.

- Ensure timely vendor allocation and rollout of carpentry, fabrication, and printing deliverables at cinemas nationwide.

- Estimate accurate project costs based on material, labor, transportation, and site conditions.

- Build and maintain a strong network of regional vendors to manage PAN India activations cost-effectively.

- Ensure quality control and timely installation/dismantling at each cinema location.

- Coordinate internal creative, production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless project delivery.

- Prepare cost sheets with margin visibility in line with companies expectations.

- Maintain strong post-campaign reporting, feedback documentation, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

- On-time and on-budget execution of all movie promotion campaigns.

- Pan-India vendor ecosystem development and deployment.

- Accurate cost estimation and margin protection.

- Client satisfaction and repeat business from media agencies and production houses.

- Effective internal coordination and escalation management.

Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in BTL activation, fabrication execution, or event promotions.

- Strong understanding of material usage, fabrication processes, and print mediums.

- Prior experience with cinema branding or movie-related promotional campaigns preferred.

- Must have handled high-demand agency clients and worked on fast-turnaround campaigns.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to execution cities for supervision OR strengthen Vendor Partnership
