Job Description: The Client Servicing Head plays a pivotal role in leading the client servicing function, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, strategic account growth, and seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions. This individual will drive the client servicing team, coordinate with internal departments, and act as the senior point of contact for key clients within a digital agency setup.

Job Title: Client Servicing Manager Digital Marketing - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the client servicing team to ensure high performance, client satisfaction, and timely project delivery.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and manage expectations effectively.

- Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop effective digital strategies in collaboration with the agencys creative, media, and technical teams. Create client presentations to communicate strategies and plans.

- Project Oversight: Oversee project execution, ensuring all client deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Internal Coordination: Work closely with department heads to ensure the team delivers quality output in line with client goals and timelines.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance, and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively address them to maintain smooth client relationships and operational efficiency.

- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and participate in strategic discussions for business development and retention.

- Financial Management: Oversee account billings, monitor client spends, and ensure timely collections to maintain account profitability.

Key Skills:Preferred Skills:

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Hands-on knowledge of all digital channels: Social Media, PPC, SEO, Web, and related platforms.

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in managing teams, key client relationships, and driving account growth.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.
