About The Opportunity:

Opportunity in the Digital Marketing & Agency Services sector - serving B2B and B2C clients with integrated performance marketing, brand campaigns, and full-funnel digital experiences. The role sits at the intersection of client leadership, strategy, revenue responsibility, and cross-functional delivery across creative, media, analytics, and tech teams.

Mindtel is expanding its India leadership team and is hiring an experienced Director-level client leader to own strategic relationships, revenue growth, and high-impact campaign outcomes for a portfolio of marquee accounts. This is an on-site role based in India.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts-define client success plans, set commercial objectives, and own revenue & retention outcomes.

- Translate client business goals into integrated digital strategies across performance, brand, content, and analytics; drive measurable ROI.

- Own P&L for assigned accounts: pricing, forecasting, margin protection, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.

- Drive new business and expansion opportunities-lead pitches, craft proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with senior client stakeholders.

- Coordinate cross-functional delivery-ensure high-quality outputs, on-time delivery, and continuous optimization with creative, media, analytics, and tech teams.

- Act as senior escalation point: manage stakeholder expectations, provide proactive counsel, and implement governance to reduce churn.
