Client Services Manager - Mobile Marketing

- We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our Mobile Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing advertiser relationships, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring smooth delivery and performance across mobile marketing channels.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.

- Understand client objectives and deliver performance-driven mobile marketing solutions.

- Coordinate internally with the campaign, ad operations, and publisher teams to ensure timely and quality campaign execution.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve client KPIs.

-Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and performance reviews.

- Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.

- Identify opportunities for campaign growth and upselling additional services.

- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing

- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPM, and Affiliate Marketing models.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and campaign tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
