General brief about the role:
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The role focuses on prompt query resolution, proactive engagement, and ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HNI clients across PMS, AIF and other investment products.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, portfolio discussions, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, and compliance) to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Monitor client portfolios and highlight key performance trends when required.
- Ensure high client retention through consistent engagement and trust-building.
- Assist in onboarding new HNI clientsdocumentation, KYC, account setup, etc.
- Track and escalate any service gaps to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial news, and evolving investment products.
- Educate clients on risk factors associated with investment products and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Conduct periodic training for employees, partners & associates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, trust, and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and exceed client expectations
