In this role, you will engage with couples and members to understand their preferences, curate bespoke date experiences, and ensure seamless service delivery from ideation to execution. This role blends customer interaction, experience curation, operational coordination, and sales-driven relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, personalized support to premium members across calls, chats, and WhatsApp.
- Curate elevated dating experiences by capturing preferences and coordinating with premium customers.
- Manage onboarding, servicing, and retention of community members to maintain high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks, including event logistics, vendor management, and internal workflow tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, community, content) to ensure seamless program execution and up-to-date communications.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across both sales and operations.
- Resolve customer and member queries promptly, ensuring top-tier service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in hospitality, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years experience in hospitality, client servicing, guest relations, luxury concierge, or member-experience roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional, and polished conversational style.
- Calm problem-solving mindset, especially in fast-changing environments.
- Experience in event, dining, luxury travel, or bespoke experience planning is a plus.
