Industry: Fintech / Digital Payments / Financial Services / Microfinance / NBFCs / Banks

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM (Finance, Marketing, or Business Management) is a plus.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing large corporate clients within the portfolio.

- Onboard new corporates for supplier/vendor finance, channel finance, and factoring programs.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction.

- Conduct joint calls with business Relationship Managers to identify and tap new business opportunities.

- Identify potential clients and grow transactions in the Supply Chain Finance segment.

- Support the Portfolio Manager in transaction completion and coordinate day-to-day client transactions.

- Facilitate partnerships with fintechs and structure products around new business opportunities.

- Assist the SCF sales team in converting leads provided by Anchor Corporate.

- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to resolve operational and service-related queries.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, Vendor Finance, Factoring, and Channel Finance products.

- Understanding of fintech solutions, digital payments, and banking operations.

- Client portfolio analysis and transaction growth expertise.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Experience in transaction handling, portfolio management, and client onboarding.

- Effective team player with cross-functional coordination abilities.
