Client Partner - Supply Chain

Experience & Background:

- 15+ years of techno-functional experience in supply chain consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple industries and geographies.

- Demonstrated success in process optimization and solution architecture across core supply chain functions Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Order Management.

- Experience working across diverse industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, or CPG.

- Prior experience in a Principal, Director, or Partner-level consulting role at a Tier 1/2 consulting or implementation firm.

Technology Expertise:

Hands-on implementation experience with at least one leading Supply Chain technology platform, including but not limited to:

- o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP, SAP APO, i2 Technologies, E2open, or equivalent best-of-breed solutions.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end technology landscape including ERP, APS, TMS, WMS, and emerging AI/ML-driven planning tools.

- Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement the right technology solution aligned to client objectives and maturity levels.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Exceptional ability to collaborate across business and technology teams - acting as a trusted translator between strategy and execution.

- Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, navigate ambiguity, and drive consensus across organizations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and delivering tangible impact.
