What Were Looking For:

- 15-20 years of experience in Staffing / Talent Solutions / Workforce Management.

- Proven success in P&L ownership & driving both topline and margin outcomes.

- Deep knowledge of Indias GCC , IT Consulting and Product ecosystem (BFSI, Engineering, CPG , HLST & SaaS, Technology).

- Hands-on experience managing client partnerships at CXO / global & local procurement / delivery leadership levels.

- A leader who balances business sharpness with people empathy.

- Shape and execute growth strategy in partnership with our global leadership.

- Scale delivery excellence across locations & ensuring profitability, speed, and sustainability.
