Job Description:   Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:   - Based out of Bangalore / Mumbai you will be managing this CPG account globally, overseeing a rapidly expanding, highly skilled team based in India and overseas. Moderate international travel expected.   - Providing thought leadership in client's business planning sessions, developing solutions, driving delivery quality and serve as a passionate advocate for the client in advancing solutions that will best build the client's long-term business.   - Acting as trusted advisor to the client on institutionalizing analytical decision making, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make; proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.   - Creating measurable business value for the client while at the same time maximizing the revenue potential for Fractal   - Driving account growth with quality delivery at scale with P&L responsibilities   The successful applicant:   - 15+ progressive years of experience in consulting or in the CPG industry in the sales and revenue growth management functions with at least the last 5 years in a lead account management role in the analytics industry,   - Good problem solving and strong experience in CPG space   - Should be well versed with analytics techniques used in CPG space and their applications in Sales / Revenue Management or Sales & operations planning.   - Demonstrated ability to own senior level client relationships come with managing a large, complex client relationship   - Strong executive presence, a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish, excellent presentation skills.
