Executive Search is a highly People-engagement based profession. As a Recruitment / Executive Search Firm, Grassik Search is responsible for assisting its client organizations in on boarding right-fit talent towards open vacancies at Upper Mid and Leadership levels. It presents a brilliant opportunity to build a solid personal brand. It also enables one to build a significant network with a large community of candidates across seniority levels, locations and functions.
One also gets in-depth exposure to multiple industry sectors and prominent organisations, gaining real time knowledge on their operations, business model, future plans and the type of talent required.
A major part of the job involves understanding the role from the client, identifying candidates and conducting detailed assessments.
- Those who do not belong to a Recruitment Background will be trained on each aspect of the work through our carefully drafted training plan.
Office Location: Defence Colony (South Delhi)
Work Mode: 5 Days a week from Office
Key Responsibility Areas
- Execute End to End Talent Searches independently. The role will be client facing.
- Take a brief on each mandate from the Client & gain clear and thorough understanding of the assignment major KRAs, deliverables, requisite skill sets etc. by asking relevant questions.
- Acquire crystal clear understanding of the client organization - its size, culture, vision, key personnel & any unique selling points.
- Sourcing of right-fit candidates for each given assignment, based on ones thorough understanding of the assignment, utilizing any candidate sources including physical & online databank, internet and industry mapping.
- Conduct detailed and thorough assessments of candidates to ascertain their levels of interest.
- Be ready to work in a target oriented line of work. Ability to strategically plan work and track revenue targets.
- Meet clients on a regular basis to build strong relationships and ones own network in the industry.
- Ensuring achievement of Quarterly and Annual revenue targets.
- Keeping abreast of the latest updates on Industry news and trends.
