Client Lead - Marketing Technology
Description:
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems, serving as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
- Work with clients to define and execute MarTech strategies to support personalization, automation and analytics tailored to their business and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of marketing technology stacks including CRM, marketing automation, analytics and customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless data integration across platforms enabling unified customer views and actionable insights
- Partner with client stakeholders to enable automated, scalable and personalized campaigns driving marketing efficiency through process automation and campaign orchestration.
- Leverage experience in audience management and activation to build campaign audiences and set up audience journeys across marketing channels.
