Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the US and European regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary bridge between client expectations and Awign's Operations, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive account growth, customer satisfaction, retention, and overall account health.
- Lead client governance meetings, business reviews, operational discussions, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments and resolution of complex business challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and value creation for clients.
- Monitor key business and operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Lead client escalations with a solution-oriented approach while maintaining strong stakeholder confidence.
- Mentor and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a premier engineering institution such as IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, NSUT/NSIT, or an MBA from a premier business school such as IIM or IMT.
- 8-15 years of experience in Client Engagement, Enterprise Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts in the US and/or European markets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working closely with Operations and Delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholders and driving strategic business discussions.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
