About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Engagement & Recruiting Lead to drive strategic hiring delivery and manage high-value customer relationships within the Semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for owning client satisfaction, leading specialized recruitment teams, and ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end technical hiring for niche semiconductor skill sets.
You will serve as the primary client interface, delivering consultative support, talent insights, and proactive hiring strategies while ensuring all recruitment objectives, SLAs, and organizational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Account Ownership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium semiconductor clients, ensuring strong relationship management and continuous alignment with business objectives.
- Own delivery governance including weekly reviews, hiring forecasts, SLA tracking, and quality metrics.
- Manage escalations, provide timely resolutions, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Recruitment Leadership & Delivery Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on niche semiconductor domains such as Embedded Systems, BSP, Firmware, Connectivity, Android Framework, IoT, ASIC/SoC, Physical Design, and Validation.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality.
- Monitor real-time pipelines, interview progress, offer conversions, and joining ratios to drive predictable hiring outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to agreed TAT, SLA, compliance, and reporting standards.
Strategic Talent Advisory:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, workforce planning, project timelines, and niche skill expectations.
- Deliver market intelligence on semiconductor talent availability, compensation trends, sourcing challenges, and competitive insights.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new project support, and value-added services.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement recruitment best practices, automation tools, sourcing strategies, and process improvements for continuous delivery optimization.
- Ensure structured documentation, analytics-driven reporting, and governance frameworks across all accounts.
- Drive a data-oriented approach for decision making, forecasting accuracy, and talent pipeline sustainability.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5-10 years of technical recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Semiconductor, Embedded, or Hardware Engineering domains.
- Proven experience managing client relationships, recruitment delivery operations, and cross-functional stakeholder interactions.
- Deep understanding of niche semiconductor roles and technical hiring complexities.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and scaling high-performance recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity hiring environments with strict SLA/TAT expectations.
