About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to act as the primary liaison between ShellKode and its clients.
The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, project governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight, and strategic account handling.
This role ensures that client commitments, delivery expectations, and business objectives are met with excellencewhile driving long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
- Understand client needs & ensure expectations are consistently met
- Engage and manage client stakeholders across departments
Delivery Control & Oversight:
- Lead delivery teams to plan, execute, track, and monitor all projects
- Manage resources, tools, and budgets for optimal usage
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and delivery quality standards
- Guarantee projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure deliverables meet the clients business objectives
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Create & implement effective mitigation strategies
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions
- Prepare and share reports on project progress, risks, and achievements
What Were Looking For:
- 1012 years of experience in client delivery, program management, or stakeholder leadership
- Strong experience in client-facing roles with end-to-end delivery oversight
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, process control, and client expectations
