About the Opportunity A leading investment banking platform is hiring for a leadership role in Client Coverage and Investor Relations. This role combines business development, deal origination, investor management, and strategic advisory across global and domestic capital markets. The candidate will work on complex transactions including structured finance, M&A, and equity fundraise across diverse sectors like infrastructure, pharma, logistics, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities - Lead the Client Coverage and Business Development vertical - Originate mandates by engaging with Promoters, CXOs, and Board-level stakeholders - Manage investor relations with GPs/LPs both onshore and offshore - Coordinate with deal execution and strategy teams - Represent client interests across negotiation, closure, and documentation - Act as a strategic advisor in firm-level initiatives and market intelligence Ideal Candidate Profile - 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Fund Houses - Strong leadership experience in client-facing and investor coordination roles - Proven track record of mandate origination and relationship management - MBA / CFA / CA preferred - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Deep understanding of global financial markets and investment banking trends
