- The Client Acquisition Manager will focus on acquiring high-value clients for wealth management and investment advisory.
- The role requires strong capital market understanding, HNI/UHNI client management, and the ability to pitch investment products effectively.
- The candidate is responsible for building a revenue-focused acquisition pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new HNI & UHNI clients for investment and wealth management products.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs, risk appetite, and financial goals.
- Present investment solutions, portfolio options, and advisory offerings.
- Maintain a continuous funnel for lead generation via referrals, networking, and events.
- Collaborate with research, product, and advisory teams for personalized investment plans.
- Track client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and KYC processes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and acquisition targets.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of capital markets, equities, mutual funds, wealth products.
- Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills.
-Ability to engage HNI/UHNI clients confidently.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: NISM, CFP, or capital markets certifications.
- Prior experience in PMS, AIF, or private banking.
