Job Description Client Acquisition Manager Strategic Alliances (Banking Channel)

About the Role:
The Client Acquisition Manager will acquire and manage HNI clients through banking and distribution partnerships while cross-selling multi-product financial solutions. The role demands strong communication, sales acumen, and product awareness across wealth and investment categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for Equity Broking and Wealth Management products.
Promote and cross-sell multiple investment products:
1. Mutual Funds, PMS, Advisory, FX Advisory
2. NBFC Lending Solutions
3. Global PMS & Global Equity
4. Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs
5. Insurance products
- Educate clients about product offerings and increase category awareness.
- Manage relationships with existing clients for sustained business.
- Develop marketing strategies and acquisition campaigns.
- Use multi-channel communication for lead conversion and client servicing.
Requirements:
- Education: Post Graduate (preferred in Finance or related).
- Experience: 2 to 8 years (Financial services preferred).
- Certifications: Relevant NISM certifications required.
Skills:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Understanding of capital markets & wealth management
- Confident, assertive, strong relationship-management skills
- Ability to handle multi-product, multi-channel sales
